Kristensen: Fancy Berlin fashion brand launching the MONO

la-tuta-di-thayaht

Some decades ago in Florence the futurism artist Ernesto Thayaht invented the “TuTa” (1920). The TuTa, which Thayaht called “the most innovative, futuristic garment ever produced in the history of Italian fashion” was an early example of what we know now as overalls, intended to revolutionize fashion by creating a modern and particularly Italian style. Aimed to be practical item of clothing for everyday, it was instead adopted as a fad by high Florentine society and Thayaht started working as a designer for French fashion designer Madeleine Vionnet…

…back to recent times the Tuta long-forgotten, after feasting away the night in Berlin, the Kristensen brothers gush about slipping into something cozy, but cool a the same time. Why not have a comfy one-piece to hop in, zip up, and done!?
Overnight the brand KRISTENSEN - High End Basics was born…
after more sleepless nights of thinking how to get their jumpsuit to total perfection the MONO was created.
Designed for homey time to chill or stylish unhurried times on the street, the MONO offers endless possibilities to create a fancy fashionable look…

And what do the rich dream of?

Losing weight and looking like the poor."
